We have an important message for all of you. Please read this entire message. We will get through this! We have spoken with several friends and customers over this week. Kids are home from school. Some people were asked not to come to work. Others will be working from home for some period of time. We're not going to weigh-in on what people "should or shouldn't" do. We will let public health professionals do that.
We will be modifying how we do business for the remainder of March. We are doing this for two main reasons. 1) We care about our customers and 2) We care about our employees.
Like many small businesses we have experienced a bit of a slowdown caused by people Social Distancing themselves. We have (so far) been able to keep our employees employed without cutting their hours. And we are going to be adopting the polices below in effort to keep it that way.
*For the remainder of March we will be extending AAA/Military discounts to all of our customers.
We will continue to offer free shuttle services to our customers back home or to work.
* If you choose to literally embrace the social distancing/quarantine aspect of the Coronavirus we will make arrangements to pickup the vehicle from your home or office and deliver the vehicle back to you when finished. This will require some coordinated effort. Lets schedule appointments for this service 1-2 days in advance.
*If your car needs service, maintenance, and repairs no matter what story is the lead story in the news cycle. "Lets work together" Let's all keep our heads. This will all behind us, We are here for you.
