“You are hereby notified that you are to cease all operation of the speedway until you have obtained a certificate of occupancy for the speedway.”

Here we go again. We will have to postpone the next couple of races until we figure out how to meet their demands. I was told we were only going to need to get a few things inspected and we were good to go. That was a lie.

I’m sorry for all of you and your families that have been looking forward to the start of the season. I will try to keep you all updated on this.
