Just a reminder for the residence, stay off the roads when it snows. I will be coming around more than once so if you don’t want to get plowed in, stay off the Roads and do not shovel your driveway out until We am completely finish.. This will prevent you all from having to shovel out your driveways more than once.

Please, only come to the office if its important. If not, please call the office line to conduct any business.

Please put all rent checks in the door mailbox. We will have a separate blue mailbox installed next week.

Also, during this time, please limit your guests, and also limit your time in the clubhouse. It will still be open, but limiting yourself would be greatly appreciated.
