This year’s engine build for PRI 2026 is a Chevrolet 427 LS3 built by Jeff Baldwin, owner of Baldwin Racing Engines in Friedheim, Missouri.

The EREF Engine Giveaway is a direct fundraiser to benefit EREF. All proceeds go directly to the scholarship and grant program. Take a chance to win a custom engine while helping our efforts to train and educate engine machinists.

Includes FREE SHIPPING​ within the continental U.S. to transport the engine from the Indiana Convention Center. The winning ticket will be drawn on the final day of the PRI show. Need not be present to win.

If you've been wanting to learn more about engine building, check out AERA's Cylinder Head and Engine Machinist Certification Program.

This program is an online, self-paced course with up to one year to complete. The textbook, Automotive Machining & Engine Repair, will be included with the registration fee and will be used as a syllabus when not online. Everything a technician will need is contained in the program with supplemental readings at key locations within the program.
