Drz400 head came in with some silly cracks around the water jacket! Little grinding, welding, fly cutting, blending. She’s back in service ready to go. 😎

Pair of cf moto 800 heads. V***r blasted, surfaced, seats cut and corrected, new oem valves, seals, assembled. Customer was pretty stoked.!!! 👌

Carb model yfz450. Crank got rebuilt with pro-x rod, around .0005” runout. Customer sent the cases in also to be checked over, new koyo main bearings, (had hotrods. Big no no lol) , 3 trans bearings were lumpy, those got replaced. packed up and on there way back to Va.

2019 yz250f head and cylinder came in extremely warped. Fly cut, nice and true now. 👌

Forgot to take good pics of these. Old 2016 wp 4CS forks, what a mess, smoked inside, all new bushings , seals, o rings, oil etc. Bought new in 2016, oil never changed.

Fresh now, hopefully he doesn’t go another 10 years. 😂😂😂

Sometimes it isn’t easy, but we get it done. Viking 700 head and cylinder, came in extremely pitted. V***r blast, fly cut, seats cut, cylinder got honed, pro-x piston, kibble valves and seals ect

Ltr hybrid had a tough one last weekend, ate some dirt. she got some much needed love, cylinder work, top end and head work. She’s solid again….for now 😂😂😂

Another carb model yfz top end. Head got v***r blasted, bronze guides, seats cut, gasket surface fly cut, full stainless kit with springs, cylinder v***r blasted , honed and surfaced.
