Little 5 valve touch up, nothing fancy. This head was leaking, customer sent it in with some new valves, we touched up the 45 on the seat, vac checked it, and she went back out same day.

Ttr125 got some love. Custom bronze guides, seats cut, v***r blasted, surfaced, pro-x valves, and a BBR cam! Even the pitbikes need love, we don’t discriminate. 😂😂😂

Back in the mail she went to a customer in Peabody Mass. 👌✌️

2015 ktm50 rear shock, nice change of scenery with a emulsion style shock.

This shock got a full tear down/clean.

New bump stop, full inspection of internals, factory head seal assembly rebuilt, Allen style charge port swapped out for a race tech needle style nitrogen port.

liquid moly shock fluid and a fresh nitrogen charge.

Ready to go fast again!

2004 ltz400 came in, got a good cleaning/decarbon, 4 bronze guides, seats cut, xceldyne seals, kibble valves and springs, oem Suzuki keepers, fly cut, and of course our custom stainless exhaust studs with nickel plated nuts.

Customer we do work for in Virginia , put this trx engine together that we cerakoted, blacked out, built the head , real nice package. This thing looks 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Saved another one, customer broke the oil pump shaft bearing, outer race was broken off in the case. We were able to sneak up on this and machine the race pretty thin, then go in there with a pick and split it up the middle, she fell right out.
