IMPORTANT HANDHELD SERVICE UPDATE — EFFECTIVE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 29

Effective today, September 29, we will be making a change to our handheld equipment service policy.

Going forward, we will ONLY service handheld equipment from the brands we sell: Husqvarna and RedMax. This includes items such as chainsaws, trimmers, blowers, pole saws, and other handheld equipment.

We will complete all handheld equipment that is currently at our shop, regardless of brand. However, beginning today, we will only accept Husqvarna and RedMax handheld equipment for new service and repair work.

Throughout the summer, we have experienced an extremely high volume of handheld repairs, resulting in longer turnaround times. Despite regularly communicating these timeframes, there has continued to be confusion and frustration regarding how long repairs may take. After careful consideration, we have decided that limiting handheld repairs to the brands we sell is the best way for us to better manage our workload and provide more efficient service to our customers.

We appreciate your patience, understanding, and continued support of our small business.

RedMax and Husqvarna handheld equipment is available for purchase in-store at Dutton Small Engines.

RedMax handheld’s promo ends tomorrow (although we won’t be open tomorrow, you can comment your order below), last chance to get your orders in to receive that 15% off of MSRP. If there is something you’d like and we don’t have it in stock I have a list already started that needs to be ordered and will still get that 15% off as well.

We will be open today until 4pm.
