🚨 Sometimes the biggest problems come from the smallest mistakes! 🚨

This Chevy Cruz came in with a check engine light and poor performance. After a little detective work, our technicians found the culprit wasn't a failed sensor or expensive engine repair—it was the air filter.
During a previous oil change at a quick l**e facility, the air filter was installed incorrectly. The air box wasn't secured properly, and the filter was simply sitting loose inside the housing. This allowed unmetered air into the engine, causing it to run poorly and trigger the check engine light.
The good news? Once everything was installed correctly and secured as it should be, the Cruz was back to running smoothly.
