We wanted to address some things that are being said on social media.
1. We give estimates on everything. Whether it’s a $50 job or $1500 job. We won’t do any work without your approval.
2. We do not charge more because you are a woman.
3. We do not look for more things to be wrong with your vehicle based on who you purchased the vehicle from.
4. We do not talk about other shops in a derogatory way. We may not recommend them but we won’t talk trash about them.
5. If there are multiple things wrong with your vehicle, we will tell you the order of importance for your repairs.
6. We have never asked for a title in order to complete repairs. We have had people sign payment contracts, which say that if you default on your payments for repairs, we will file a mechanic’s lien against the vehicle. It is a completely legal practice. We no longer offer payment agreements due to the lack of compliance by some.
