A client was ready to drive to a dealership last week. He had done everything right: found the truck, called the dealer, confirmed the price, confirmed it had the exact option he needed. Employee pricing was on the table. He was ready to go.
He sent me the window sticker first.
I read it and told him the option wasn't there. He was sure I was wrong. The dealer had confirmed it.
I told him: call and ask them to send a photo of that option before you make the trip.
The dealer called back. The truck did not have the option. $1,500 that existed in the conversation but not on the car.
There's no exact match in the market right now. He's waiting for the right build. And he told me CarOracle is the only call he makes when it arrives.
