BEWARE!!!!!

July 1st safelite solution took over the billing for State Farm Glass claims. Safelite solutions is affiliated with Safelite. It’s been brought to our attention that they are telling agents and customers we are not in there system or affiliated. This is FALSE!!! We have been affiliated and set up to direct bill all State Farm claims for over 15 years. When this transition happens all independent glass shops were removed. These FALSE claims is a way to have all worked Steered to Safelite.
You have a right to choose a glass repair shop. If you need help setting up a claim please contact our shop and we will set the claim up with you over the phone. We will make sure you get the customer service you deserve. Yes we will and can direct bill ALL insurance companies. Please be patient with us as we navigate this process in dealing with the issue Safelite Solutions are causing us.

Think about your LOCAL SMALL Business first.
When shopping, going out to eat, or getting something repaired think SMALL LOCAL Business.
Why?
•These are the places you can pick up a phone and actually talk to someone when needed.
•They give back to YOUR community.
•They sponsor your kids sporting and school events.
•They donate their time to help even while running a business.
•Most take pride in their work.
•They get to know you for more than just a paycheck.
•They look out for the community.
•They get involved in how to make it a better and safer place for you and your family.
•Most buy their supplies and products from other local businesses.

So when you e-mail or call for a quote, think about all of the above. We may not always be the cheapest or quickest but our quality and caring is above the rest. We take pride in our work and community.

Side note you always have the RIGHT to choose! If being pressured to use a large company, you have the right to say NO. There are laws that protect consumers against being pressured and steered.
