People always ask “why did you start the TransAmerican Motorcycle Endurance Run?”

The answer is pretty simple: we LOVE antique motorcycles. We’ve always been drawn to the grit of endurance runs: the long miles, the late-night wrenching, the camaraderie in the pits, and that shared determination to make it to the next finish line together.

We were inspired by the passion of Lonnie Jr., who saw how powerful it could be to bring riders together around these century old machines. It felt natural to build on that vision, to create something challenging, meaningful, and fun.

The Motorcycle TransAm was born out of a desire to keep this sport alive. To give these 100-year-old bikes a chance to prove themselves again, and to give us, as riders and crews, the chance to push ourselves right alongside them.

At the end of the day, it’s about tradition, passion, and the belief that history belongs on the road too, not just in museums 🏁
