Congratulations to Hogan Coad who recently graduated from the National Automobile Dealers Association Leadership Academy. The academy requires participants to attend seven one-week courses at NADA headquarters in Tysons, VA throughout the year.
The courses cover various aspects of dealership operations including parts and service, new and pre-owned sales management, personnel, operations, and finance. Attendees spend a week on-site in Virginia and then return to their dealership to complete their studies.
Hogan has been a sales associate at Coad Toyota for six years and has recently taken on the position of Business Development Manager. He is looking forward to applying his leadership training toward better serving his customers and the dealership.
