**NOW HIRING – Automotive & Diesel Mechanics / Service Technicians**
Coffman Customs is looking to add full-time mechanics and service technicians to our team!
We have multiple positions available and are open to all experience levels, from entry-level applicants who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn, to experienced technicians with years in the industry.
We work on gas and diesel vehicles of all makes and models, including everyday vehicles, trucks, custom builds, and high-end projects. There's always a variety of work going through the shop.
**Job Duties May Include:**
- Routine maintenance and general repairs
- Brake systems
- Diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Engines and transmissions
- Fuel systems
- Electrical and electronics
- Heating and A/C
- Suspension and steering
- Exhaust systems
- Gas and diesel repairs
- Custom and performance work
**Pay:** $16–$45/hour based on experience, tools, certifications, and ability.
**Advancement:** Opportunity for rapid pay increases based on performance, with an initial 90-day evaluation.
**Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed.

**Requirements:**
- Valid driver's license
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
- Good problem-solving skills and common sense
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic hand tools preferred
- Certifications are not required
- Experience with custom vehicles, trucks, off-road, performance, or fabrication is a plus
We're not necessarily looking for someone who knows everything. Experience is valuable, but so are reliability, a good attitude, and the willingness to learn.
