❄️ Snow Operations Update – Storm on 12/4/25 ❄️
Our team will begin snow removal operations tomorrow morning, starting with our commercial properties around 7:00 AM.
Due to the low expected snowfall totals, residential service will be determined mid-storm:
✅ If accumulation exceeds 2 inches, all residential customers will be automatically serviced
❄️ If snowfall remains under 2 inches, residential service will be by request only
An email will be sent to all residential customers tomorrow morning once we have a clearer picture of snowfall totals and the updated forecast.
Our goal this season is to be as transparent and proactive as possible during every storm. We’ll be communicating through email updates and social media posts to keep everyone informed.
As always, our phone is on during storms — don’t hesitate to reach out at any time.

❄️First storm of the season in the books ❄️Basically was 2 storms..first round heavy wet sloppy snow followed by a second wave and a flash freeze up. Besides being out for 24+ hours the storm the storm and cleanup went flawless 👌
