For some reason we have a post popping up from 2019 and hate to let everyone know that today is not Adam birthday. His birthday day is in November, But if you like to tell someone happy feel free to tell Nick Deutsch happy birthday as today is his birthday he is finally 21 😂😂.

Some days we’re hauling tractor trailers, heavy equipment, and vehicles that have gotten themselves into some very questionable situations.

📢 NOW HIRING — PART-TIME OFFICE SECRETARY 📢

Hatton’s Towing & Recovery is looking for a dependable, organized, and professional individual to join our team as a Part-Time Office Secretary.

This position will play an important role in keeping our office, accounts, and paperwork organized and up to date.

Primary responsibilities will include:

* Contacting companies regarding outstanding balances and past-due accounts
* Following up to ensure invoices and payments are received in a timely manner
* Maintaining accurate and organized paperwork and records
* Assisting with general office and administrative duties
* Communicating professionally with customers, businesses, and members of our team

We are looking for someone who:

* Has excellent customer service and communication skills
* Is comfortable making professional collection and account follow-up calls
* Is organized and detail-oriented
* Can effectively multitask and prioritize responsibilities
* Is dependable and able to work independently
* Maintains professionalism when handling business and account information

This is currently a part-time position. However, for someone interested in learning more aspects of our operation, there may be an opportunity to cross-train in dispatch, which could potentially lead to a full-time position.
