At Monterrey Plant 1, caring for our people goes beyond the workplace. 💙 Employees recently enjoyed a special visit from Manada K9, a group of rescue and emotional support dogs that created meaningful moments focused on wellness, connection, and stress prevention. 🚀 Learning Today, Improving Tomorrow

The Southwest Region continues to strengthen its culture of continuous improvement through the launch of the first Jishuken activity and the foundation of the NYS School at Yazaki Colima. This six-month initiative brings together employees from the Colima and Tecomán plants to learn, collaborate, and apply the principles of the New Yazaki System.

📚🤝 Through a combination of training and hands-on Kaizen activities, participants will focus on safety, efficiency, waste reduction, and customer alignment. Guided by the pillars of Just in Time, Jidoka, and Human Resource Development, the program will support the development of future Jishuken promoters and NYS Central-certified instructors while advancing operational excellence across the Southwest Region.

Teams from all eight North 2 Region plants gathered in Nuevo Casas Grandes, Chihuahua, for the XVII Regional Quality Control Circles and Quality Drawing Event. The event served as a valuable platform to share best practices, strengthen collaboration, and showcase employee-driven solutions that support quality, safety, and operational excellence.

👏 Congratulations to Plant Madera's "Los Desinsertadores" team for earning first place in the Quality Control Circles competition with their project "Reduce Reversed Circuits on Lines B and C," and to Plant Gómez Farías for achieving first place in the Quality Drawing category.
