After adding the tensioner we’re still the same weight as stock overall with over 2/3 lb lost in rotating weight as our gears are lighter than stock. 2.86-1.62 ratios available and everything in between, for the guys who preordered we’re looking to ship production kits within the next week or 2🤘🏼

We would lay out all the prototypes it took to get here but the table wouldn’t be big enough… countless revisions of trying to make the stock airbox work and we could never get the performance we were looking for. Introducing the Catalyst Ignition Front End Kit🤘🏼
This is one product that has been extremely hard not to talk about and share with the public! We teased it at a few shows last season but it wasn’t up to our standards on performance. After 2 seasons of prototyping we finally found a combination that both our riders and us loved to drive. With the upgraded geometry, and a small ride height change we were able to accomplish the following which we’re sure you’ll love!
- Eliminate the darting and diving we noticed the stock suspension was prone to in larger moguls
- Greatly reduce the steering effort which was most noticeable when going to a ski with a more aggressive keel
- Improved tolerances for upper spindle bolt to prevent slop resulting in them breaking off inside stock spindles
- A more definite “tipping point” giving you a better feel for the sled while on edge
- Improved front end control from steering input on a sidehill allowing you to move your body less and control the nose more with simply steering the ski (especially noticeable in spring conditions)
- Tighter flat turning radius and less pushing with the outer ski
- 1/2 pound of weight savings

Looking for some more speed out of your CATALYST?😈

We teased some pictures earlier in the fall and have tested relentlessly all year both on the track dyno and in the field, they’re ready 🏁 CATALYST Belt drives are now available for preorder on the website now through June with ratio options ranging from the stock 2.63 to 1.67. We are seeing smoother shifts, and up to 50° cooler clutch temps as this kit moves the secondary sheave angle so that it is perfectly parallel with the primary clutch. Get them while you can as we will not be making another run until winter. All orders placed before July 1st will be guaranteed delivery by October 1st with the option for pickup at Haydays! Kit is direct bolt on, fits all muffler options and uses the OEM belt. Fits ALL CATALYST models
