This is starting to become a continuing issue with some insurance companies. Reminder you don't have to get your vehicle repaired by the direct repair facilities set by the insurance company. You as the policy holder have the right per NYS to decide where your car is repaired at.

Exciting news! I'll be open for business full time starting the 22nd. That being said I'll be in and out of the shop all next week so if you need some work done or an estimate call the shop if I'm not there leave a message and I'll get back to you as soon as I can. News is out! Ken's Collision will be opening back up under new ownership. Kipper retired after 40+ years in business. Eric Stanford will be taking over hopefully soon after the first of the year. Inbox me on this page or my personal I'll have a phone number listed once I get into the shop. I can't wait to continue the same great service that Ken has put out over the years with new and returning customers. Stay tuned for more updates.
