PSA: We are going on vacation! June 8th-15th we will be closed and will resume operations on June 16th.
The month of May sure has flown by, along with half the year, it seems! To say we have been busy over here is an understatement. We would like to thank everyone who has kept us busy over the past two months. Without your continued support, we would not be able to do what we love.

Now on to some important details that we feel need to be addressed:
* It is important to understand that we are working with VERY limited space. With this being said it is not our responsibility to store vehicles that have been denied repairs. Anything that is on the property for more than 7 days without prior authorization will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee until the vehicle has been picked up. This is a repair facility NOT a storage unit.
This next section is something we didn’t expect we would need to address but unfortunately we have to:
* We are not a finance company! We do not offer pay-over-time options or lines of credit. We understand this day and age times are rough and repairs can be expensive, that’s why we provide detailed estimates before repairs are rendered so you can make the choice on whether or not you can afford to do the repair. Please do not drop off a vehicle then expect to make payments with no prior authorization. This is not a shot at anyone and this is not to offend people. We have just had a very noticeable influx of customers asking to do payments after dropping a vehicle off instead of informing us prior to scheduling. If you have a feeling or if you know you can’t afford a repair, please let us know before scheduling and maybe we can point you in the direction of someone that offers financing.
Some clarifying areas in case of confusion:
* We do ask for a deposit on some repairs when they pass a particular threshold on parts cost. We do this just on parts that we have to pay for up front and do not have credit lines established with those companies. We will never ask for any labor cost up front and only ask for part costs in those situations.
* We expect payment for services rendered at time of completion. Anything after 7 days could be subject to additional charges.
* We are a schedule-in facility only. We do not offer walk-in repairs. Most situations we are usually 1-2 weeks out on our schedule. If anything opens up we will make posts on those days.
