PSA: Just a reminder we will be out of the shop next week June 8th-15th. We will resume operations on Tuesday June 16th.

The past few weeks have been nice and steady. We did not expect to be this covered up! We appreciate everyone that continues to bring us work and to all the new customers that are putting their trust in us to repair their vehicles to the best of our abilities. We wouldn’t be able to do what we love without the support of all of you!

PSA: We are going on vacation! June 8th-15th we will be closed and will resume operations on June 16th.

The month of May sure has flown by, along with half the year, it seems! To say we have been busy over here is an understatement. We would like to thank everyone who has kept us busy over the past two months. Without your continued support, we would not be able to do what we love.

As a reminder, here is a list of the services we offer for Passenger Gas and Diesel vehicles:

Now on to some important details that we feel need to be addressed:

* It is important to understand that we are working with VERY limited space. With this being said it is not our responsibility to store vehicles that have been denied repairs. Anything that is on the property for more than 7 days without prior authorization will be subject to a $50 per day storage fee until the vehicle has been picked up. This is a repair facility NOT a storage unit.

This next section is something we didn’t expect we would need to address but unfortunately we have to:

* We are not a finance company! We do not offer pay-over-time options or lines of credit. We understand this day and age times are rough and repairs can be expensive, that’s why we provide detailed estimates before repairs are rendered so you can make the choice on whether or not you can afford to do the repair. Please do not drop off a vehicle then expect to make payments with no prior authorization. This is not a shot at anyone and this is not to offend people. We have just had a very noticeable influx of customers asking to do payments after dropping a vehicle off instead of informing us prior to scheduling. If you have a feeling or if you know you can’t afford a repair, please let us know before scheduling and maybe we can point you in the direction of someone that offers financing.

Some clarifying areas in case of confusion:

* We do ask for a deposit on some repairs when they pass a particular threshold on parts cost. We do this just on parts that we have to pay for up front and do not have credit lines established with those companies. We will never ask for any labor cost up front and only ask for part costs in those situations.

* We expect payment for services rendered at time of completion. Anything after 7 days could be subject to additional charges.

* We are a schedule-in facility only. We do not offer walk-in repairs. Most situations we are usually 1-2 weeks out on our schedule. If anything opens up we will make posts on those days.

We realized it’s been a while since we have posted! We have had a lot going on at the shop over the month of April with influx of schedule-ins and ongoing jobs. We are also excited to announce that construction on our new office and waiting room has been completed!

As previously mentioned, we had a mishap occur with one of our business phones. So, as a reminder, if you tried to get ahold of us during that time we were unable to receive calls or texts. We reached out to a few we knew we missed but there might be a few stragglers.

If you have been trying to reach us at the 270-307-8070 phone number today - unfortunately we must announce we had a mishap and had to replace that cell phone. At this time we have not transferred everything to the new phone, it is still in progress.

Week three has ended and week four is already underway. We have been slammed pack over here and we couldn’t be more thankful!

We do have a couple changes we wanted to address with this post. There will be some construction commencing Wednesday, April 8th - Friday, April 10th on our new office and waiting room. During this time we will not be able to have any waiters. Please make prior arrangements for transport from the shop. If unable to find a means of transportation after dropping your vehicle off, we will be offering “local” transportation for a low cost fueling fee.
Lastly, starting the week of April 13th we will be testing a new schedule and will be operating on a four day, 10 hour work schedule, Monday-Thursday. Thank you for your understanding.

We made it through the second week! Thank you everyone that kept us busy last week and all the people that called or stopped in to be put on the schedule.

PSA: Our current schedule for repairs is booked through to the end of April. We will update with any changes or availability that may arise. Our mobile repair services will also not be available during this duration, we appreciate your understanding.

The first two days officially operational was a hit! Cars came in, cars went out, and new ones arrived!

Thank you to everyone that decided to keep us busy for our first and second days!

PSA: Thursday, March 19th we will be out of the shop for a little while on an out-of-town service call and will resume in-shop operations on March 20th.
We did not address this in previous posts, but we still have our mobile trailer, allowing us to make mobile services and/or repairs if needed.

We will still be able to receive calls, texts, emails while out of the shop for appointment scheduling, but response time might be delayed. Please contact us at 270-307-8070 and leave a message detailing your needs, and we will return your call as soon as possible.
