William was very thorough and identified quite a few things dealers neglected with clear explanations and how we can address them in the near future. The generic 80k service was done and at a reasonable cost - compared to incomplete service done at the dealers. He was also very familiar with BMW coolant issues which plagued my 2018 X3.
