Wolffy's PSA of the day. With gas prices being what they are, we have heard of alot of people running a few tanks of ethanol blend through their vehicles and then running a tank of premium through to "clean everything out". For ethanol to burn clean, it takes alot more fuel volume, so your vehicles computer is compensating for that. When you switch over to the premium, your vehicles computer doesnt recognize it right off hand, so it's still throwing more fuel than it needs. I don't neccesarily recommend running ethanol, but whatever you want to run, dont switch back and forth.
