Jim Reed officially retired on June 9th 2023!

Here is a short message from Jim! "After 23 years at our present location and 22 years in our previous location, it was finally time to go to the next step in life's adventure. I'd like to express a heartfelt and sincere thank you to our staff over the years for the incredible, professional and amazing job you have all done! Also a huge shout out to our truly wonderful customers who have blessed us with their patronage over many years. Many of you have become good friends and like family. You all will be greatly missed. "

Our wonderful staff will still be working at the same location under the name Cambridge Top Tech. 🙂

This post is a tribute to the excellent automotive technicians who work for us here at Reeds Top Tech! Tim, Scott and Tyler indeed are “life savers”... but superheroes?
... First a bit or cinema. Let’s imagine a young mother with two children cruising along I 70 in their SUV at night in a driving rain storm. Suddenly there is a loud thumping and the lights on the dash are flashing. Mom is panicking and the children are crying as they quickly pull to the berm. In the midst of the confusion and tears, come the rushing thoughts: “What do we do now?” Then, inexplicably, through the rain drenched window, a hulking figure appears. This extremely muscular green dude shoulders their SUV onto his back and sloshes through the brutal rain to the next exit. Once there, to the young family's amazement, this Hulking Dude gently sets their vehicle down right inside a nice, warm, dry garage where a handsome guy with a red, white and blue shield quickly, without a word, repairs a broken fan belt and sends them on their way!

Now let’s contrast our hometown super heroes. Their “super powers” are manifested in a different way, by servicing, repairing, and properly maintaining your vehicle with excellence, so you don't have to experience this much drama in your commute! That’s pretty super!
Day in and day out, they perform their work honestly, professionally and intelligently. Its hard work, but they do it to serve our wonderful customers. That makes them true men, super men, in our book! 💪🔧🦸‍♂️

What this Nomination Means:
This year, AAA is recognizing the “best of the best” among its 7,000 Approved Auto Repair Facilities that meet and maintain the highest of standards for the industry. The nominees and winners of the AAA Top Shop award for 2022 are among a select group representing the top tier in North America’s automotive repair industry.
These nominees have gone the extra mile to keep their staff trained, perform high quality services for their customers, and have demonstrated a commitment to their communities. We could not be more proud to have these nominated businesses as members of both the AAA and NAPA AutoCare program.
To be nominated as a AAA Top Shop of the year means those nominated have distinguished themselves even above their peers in the AAA Approved Auto Repair businesses across the nation. AAA Approved Auto Repair (AAR) facilities already adhere to the strictest of standards as set forth by AAA, and now by being nominated as one of the 2022 AAA Top Shop(s) award, these facilities continue to prove their unwavering commitment to being the best in the industry and more importantly, for their customers.
