Customer Concern:
The truck would run for about 20 minutes, completely shut off in traffic, and leave the cooling fans blowing on high. A major safety issue for the driver.

​What We Found:
A broken copper power track hidden deep inside the main underhood electrical fuse box.

​How We Found It:
We don't guess; we test. To prove the failure, we used a heat gun on the fuse box to simulate the heat of the engine bay while driving. As the box heated up, the internal copper trace expanded and physically broke the electrical connection, showing us exactly why the truck was dying only when it got warm.

​How We Repaired It:
The manufacturer permanently stopped making this exact fuse box years ago. Instead of gambling on a risky, used junkyard part, we performed a custom internal electrical rebuild right here at the shop. We safely routed a brand-new, heavy-duty solid copper wire inside the module to permanently bypass the broken section.

When a part normally cost $400 and you find one online for a nickle please dont buy it 😫

Customer complaint was vehicle running terrible, we found that the vehicle had zero throttle response and was back firing thru the intake.

Found this aftermarket plastic throttle body and a Manifold Absolute Pressure sensor had been installed. After some testing both were determined to faulty.
