Added a new PVL2300 Lift to service UTVs. We currently have a 2014 Polaris RZR on it for pinion nut repair. The 2006 to 2014 Polaris RZR 800s used a nylon lock nut. These are know to loosen and cause major damage. That nut need special tools that we made to remove and replace with a new nut. That nut requires 280 ft/lbs. of toque.

With no rain it is shallow in some areas that you would normally ride. Here are some photos of a 4 tec pump. The impeller and stator took a beating. Pictures are of stones that were in the pump. 1 was stone was wedged in there ovaling the stater housing. I drilled a few small holes with the hammer drill and keep going up a few sizes. Finally it broke apart. You can see the drill bit hole in the one piece. Could not remove impeller until that stone was out. R&R wearing, fille and grind the impeller and gave it back to the owner to hopefully get him by until a replacement can be found.

CF Moto 500HD Came in for "Cranks but no Start" and yearly service. Found No Spark. Spark Plug wire was melted through. Replaced spark plug wire. Then onto the yearly service. What did we find? All the coolant was in the crank case. This engine was rebuilt last fall by someone else. Parts are in and should be completed this week.

2002 Sea Doo 4 Tec in for bad tank pressure switch. Thinking it would be a quick fix. Owner also stated water was coming into the hull. Easy Carbon Seal. This is what we are all doing to it. Oil Pressure switch, New Fuel Pump, During our check no fuel was flowing from the pump. Started on replacing Carbon Seal and found broken steering cable nut and wear ring with holes in it.
