This customer had a piece of equipment fail on them and the cause was the timing belt had broke. Upon disassembly we found that some plastic got sucked into the timing cover and wrapped around the timing gears. Upon further inspection we had also found the motor to be full of sludge. When asked about the last oil change we found that it has been over 5 years! We will find out if this motor is salvageable!

This customer had another shop change their oil and they had stripped out two of the oil filter cap screws, they then tried to repair the holes only to cause further damage. After digging out all the JB weld we then found a broken drill bit in a hole. We welded up the severely damaged hole then drilled and tapped one hole and installed a helicoil in the other damaged hole. We then installed hardened studs.
