HEADS UP!
Fuel thief working Caldwell
We have him on camera, four door one ton short bed dodge with a tool box and a skip tank at the back of the bed. He Looks older, the piece of s**t hobbles around like an old man and has saggy pants possibly long hair. Shows up at 11 with a head lamp on backs up to a truck and sucks all the fuel out of the tank. Any ideas? $500.00 reward for anyone who can identify this loser. Working on pictures.
