Firewall and floor pan replacement.
Customer thought he bought a rotisserie built 1967 Cougar XR7 and we uncovered this car never left the ground. All the common rust locations were still completely rotted out from rust with patch panels glued or tacked in with undercoating and seam sealer globbed over everything. has had all the parts we needed to get the structure back into this chassis from the torque boxes to the firewall. Now to finish trimming out the gaps and get this Cougar back together.

🔧 Jim's Drive Shaft for handling the drive shaft & slip yoke set up
🪛 IC rebuilt Hoppo's pumps with new #9 gears/pump heads & custom hand bent stainless hard lines at pumps
🔧 Reinforced rear differential with new axle bearings & seals installed with new rear brakes & brake lines
🪛 Stainless front & rear brake lines

🪛 Extended & reinforced upper front control arms, reinforced front lower control arms

This vehicle build was done in secret. Only one of the owner's children knew what was being done. Everyone else thought the was coming in to have the system serviced. No one had any idea💡 how far it had been tore down. This beauty had to be completed in order to fulfill the wish of a daughter for her . She wanted a , in this vehicle, to her special party. Glad to say we were able to fulfill that wish. 🫶
