I thought it was time to post something, so here it is 1940’s Martin outboard prop shaft that was broken and as you know you can’t get that anymore, so I’m here to take care of you and power sports, welding, machining needs!

This was a fun repair, what we have is a Polaris RZR case half with a damaged/pulled threads for the starter assembly, the threads were 12mm x 1.5 LH normally I would heli coil this but they don’t offer that thread pitch so I had to machine a insert on the lathe to weld in this case half, after all said and done this turned out awesome with a case saved.

Finally done with a main bearing replacement, and talk about a p**s poor design on that old bearing, but it’s all good now and ready for some miles. Also I would like to thank everyone for there patience on waiting to get in to the shop for there service it’s just tough with all the parts back orders and parts delay’s which is out of my control, but when all possible I got ya. Thanks Mark
