It’s nice that we are starting to get some good live data for low fuel pressure. 2024 gmc sierra one ton gas rig. 44k miles . Low power and did not start one time but did fire back up. Low pressure fuel feeds a high pressure fuel pump, the low side fuel pump is a turbine style. So have to look at duty cycle and psi from actual to desired. First video shows test drive of failed pump second is the fix.

No concrete without a vehicle on it. Wish we had techs in every bay but Theo and Seth and my self are knocking out vehicles as quickly as we can in this heat. Big changes are coming that will hopefully help this bottle neck and customer communication. We are always tring to get better in every way. Have a great weekend!

Had a quick easy diagnosis on a 2004 6.0 Powerstroke. Crank no start. FICM voltage drops down under 48v and disables the injectors. Quick power supply rebuild and back in business. Saves the customer a lot of money instead of a full chassis FICM . And comes with latest software update.

Dodge ram with hemi. Customer states miss fire, was just driving down the road and all of a sudden started missing. Was an interesting diagnostic with how this engine failed. Msd lifter solenoid failed. Out with the plastic and in with the new all metal design.

We are extremely busy and these temperatures do not help! Got a couple interesting issues that have came into the shop and this one is another great example of voltage and no amps. Blower motor inop for hvac . Bad connection at ignition lock mixed with high amps from blower motor equals heat.

Msd solenoid failure which I will be doing its own daig and before and after repair post. Water pump on rough and more ac work on Chevy truck!

We are busy!!! Oil leak on a 3.6l, air leaks and governor issue on semi, and possible broken valve spring on hemi. On top of everything that’s here all 25 vehicles! So if you know someone who is looking to join a growing team please let them know we are hiring techs!
