In times like these, it’s more important than ever that your vehicle get you where you need to be safely. Every trip you are taking is important and getting directly to your destination without a breakdown is critical.
In other words, staying on top of your vehicle’s repairs and maintenance are as important as ever. And in that spirit, you deserve to know exactly what precautions we are taking to keep you safe before, during and after every visit to our shop.
• We are diligently sanitizing and disinfecting surfaces in our shop at least once per hour: door handles, countertops, waiting area, and restrooms. More often during busy periods in the shop.
• Our techs wash their hands thoroughly and put on a new pair of disposable gloves multiple times during each repair, and when switching to a new repair, test drive, or inspection.
• Every car and every car key is being sanitized before being returned to you.
• We offer contactless payments.
• If you do not want to come into the shop, we will pick up and drop off your vehicle. We’ll wear fresh gloves when driving to you and sanitize on our way out of the vehicle, and offer contactless handoff of your keys.
Just as importantly, for the safety of all of our staff and guests, any employee exhibiting ANY symptoms will be prevented from returning to work until cleared by a physician.
