This job entails, sorting, grading and stacking, wooden pallets, frames, spacers and lids. In addition there are 7 different size plastic tubs, most with lids and other mics material. All the material has to be stacked according to a set manual. They first few weeks I do not tract your production, but after you have mastered the stacking and sorting procedures you will be responsible for an hourly quota. It's not hard work, but to make your quota, you will need to work steady. We work outside, 75% of the time the rest inside our building. We also repair some of the material. This job does not entail repair at this time.

Hours are 730-4 M-F. There is some overtime on Saturdays, depending on how behind we are. It’s not frequent occurrence but it can pop up any time.

Wages start at 10.00, per hour for your first month. This is your learning period, for sorting and stacking. Starting on your second month your wages will go up to 11 per hour.
