An impressive bit of Old-school Design / Engineering / Fabrication with no laser scanning or CAD, using what I would call 'Dead Reckoning Navigation' to solve a rather challenging need to put stuff where there is practically No reasonable room for. ;)

This is a Absurdly Ridicules, yet spectacularly Groovy project, that I have been fallowing for YEARS in the making.
It isn't a Motorcycle but still not far off the size to a modern Goldwing or Can-Am Spyder, with a Motor and drive-train that has no business being shoe-horned into a Vintage Mini!

This particular vid is just one of many bits of brilliance achieved to bring this thing into reality!

It was off the stands - you all saw it drive out of the shed. It wa...

Wrapping up the final testing / tuning / adjustments on the updates for OverKill 2.0.
Paused for a few pix of it out in it's natural environment.

OverKill 2.0 Fuel Cap Latch needed some attention.

One half of the hinge on the Latch failed, but replacements could only be gotten by purchasing another entire cap, So the dissension was made to build an even better quality one from 6061 billet as well as beefing up the design a bit.

The latest updates on Overkill 2.0

* Last of the mods done for mounting the new Oberon Clutch slave. Unfortunately the previous Yoyodyne Slave that was fitted 16 years ago was no longer serviceable, so a full replacement was necessary which had a slightly different fitment and required some redesign to the cover and internals.

* We managed to fine an old aftermarket Alloy Finned Starter cover that was in NewOldStock condition, They came with rather tall fins which were a bit too "70's Disco" for the look of this project, so I milled about half the height down and detailed the rest.

* The custom Oil presser gauge was showing it's age, so we fitted a new one as well as cleaned & polished the Sprocket cover while it was apart.

* While replacing the worn out chain & sprockets, the decision was made to upgrade the rear with a Custom order from SuperSprox. They have an Alloy center and hardened steel outer ring.
