Email: [email protected] As a Service Writer, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, managing service appointments, providing estimates, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and our technicians. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who thrives in a
dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with service inquiries and appointment scheduling.
• Provide accurate service estimates and updates to clients.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions and service details. • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and
service.
Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
• Experience in automotive service writing is a plus but not required. We are willing to train.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive pay based on experience.
• Paid vacation time.
• Health insurance with 50% employer contribution after 90 days.
