Still looking for a good fit for our ever busy shop

We are currently looking for an experienced technician with their own tools to join our ever growing team. Competitive pay, medical,dental, vision, and vacation pay. You do not need transmission experience but must have mechanical experience. Ideal candidate could remove and replace transmission and/or suspension components with no parts or hardware left over. Customer service is our number one priority. We have a fun crew and even better customers. We are looking for a long term person who fits well with the rest of our group. Huge shoutout to Ausbourne Metal Works!! Not matter how big or small the job they always have your back!!! Doesn’t matter if it’s transmission related, race cars, or simple CNC work. Uh-oh that’s no good!!!! Any one take a guess as to what happened and or caused this?? Give you some details.
Customer said, the transmission only has first gear. Will not shift and will not go into any other gear besides first and or reverse. So we start with our basic inspection. Fluid level is full and clean. We confirm our customers concerns. The vehicle has good reverse and good first gear only. With nice solid engagements in both. So straight to the governor we go. Found our problem!! But what causes the gear to strip???
