Please note that titling transactions will NOT be processed on this day, and the lobby will be closed due to a funeral.

🚨 SCAM ALERT – DOL/DMV Impersonation 🚨

We have been receiving multiple reports of a spreading scam where people are getting phone calls, texts, or emails claiming to be from the DOL/DMV regarding licenses, registrations, or outstanding fees.

⚠️ Please remember:

The DOL/DMV will NOT contact you by text or phone demanding immediate payment.

They will NOT ask for your Social Security number, bank info, or card details through calls, texts, or emails.

Messages threatening arrest, suspension, or urgent penalties are scams.

If you receive one of these messages:
✔️ Do NOT click any links
✔️ Do NOT respond
✔️ Do NOT provide personal or payment information
✔️ Delete the message or hang up

To help us serve you efficiently, please take note of our office hours and service guidelines due to staffing issues:

🕘 Lobby Hours:
The lobby is open from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. All services are available during this time, including titling transactions, which require in-office processing.

🚗 Drive-Thru Hours:
The drive-thru is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM for customer convenience.
Please note that drive-thru services are limited to non-titling transactions only.

Due to limited staff, it is necessary to reduce our lobby and titling hours. ***Effective Monday, August 4th, our lobby and titling hours will be Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. The drive-up will continue to be open Monday through Friday 9 a. m. to 5 p. m. for non-titling transactions ONLY.
