2 September 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Early morning flight captured Cybercab testing on the track! Production across the board was visible today with many Model YL’s, more newly built Cybercabs & Cybertruck too! Two clearing & construction sites on the W side of the highway & the lined pond on the SE side continues to have more of the liner installed. The E Adv Tech Chip Fab foundation work continues with forms, concrete pours, rebar cages and pedestal footings. Cortex 2 is getting more Megapacks installed today while part 2 of the cooling system seems to have many of the coolant pipes laid out for installation. The N Campus Optimus factory continues to grow with steel assembly and many more S end footings completed!

31 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … 3 Days until the Cybercab Launch Event! Today, more Cybercab testing on the track today! A new construction site appears to be starting up just N of the W EOL facility near the larger clearing farther N near Tesla Rd. More progress with the E Advanced Chip Fab foundation, although it is starting to look like only the N half is getting the pedestal footings. A new TDLR document puts the final sq footage at about 490,000 Sq ft (~45,000 Sq m) which suggests a single story. Cortex 2 continues to see more Megapack expansion work on the W side and new water tank foundations & forms are being installed on the E side. The N Campus Optimus factory continues to gros & there is a new TDLR document puts the final size to just shy of 7 million Sq Ft (~450,000 Sq m).

28 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … It was another hot morning (yes, I’ve been in Saudi Arabia in the middle of the summer, and I know what real hot temperatures are like, but try flying a drone out here!) 😎 We see a lot of testing on the track with Cybercabs and stop lights today along with many new vehicles at the outbound lot. Construction of the E Adv Chip Fab foundation continues, and you should check out my article explaining why this is such a unique foundation. More progress at the Optimus factory today too!

26 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Plenty of production of Model Y’s,YLs, Cybertruck & Cybercabs coming out of the E factory exit! Outbound lot busy taking in more vehicles & shipping them out on trailer trucks. On the S bank of the Colorado River, crews were finishing work to pull a HDPE pipe under the river. The E Advanced Chip Fab foundation work continues with more heavily reinforced footings, GeoPiers & concrete pours. The lined water retention pond was getting some fill dirt placed on top of the liner. The W clearing near Tesla Rd continues grade work as crews are working to prepare for a future project. The Optimus factory continues growing larger & for the 1st time, crews are working on massive trenches for the underground water management loop.

24 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … As production ramps back up, we see a lot of transport activity took place over the weekend & more Cybercab Test Track testing too. The 4 big construction sites are active today, with more grade work on Esther NE side by Tesla Rd, while the giant lined water retention pond on the SE side near the river is now about 1/3 lined with the waterproof membrane. The E Advanced Chip Fab foundation work continues with most of the trenches filled in and many heavily reinforced concrete footings and foundation structures in progress. Cortex 2 is prepping for more Megapack installation while the switchyard now has 4 new steel power pole base mounts nearly completed. The Optimus factory inexorably grows larger every day, with more steel arriving on site & what looks like foundations on the S end for possibly casting machines.

21 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Not a production day (normal) but the outbound lot is full of Model Ys, Model YLs, Cybercabs and Cybertruck today while more testing of Cybercabs is underway at the Test Track. Construction at the E Campus Advanced Tech Chip Fab is proceeding at breakneck speed, with almost the entire foundation a beehive of activity.The N Campus is also very busy as the Optimus factory steadily grows larger with steel assembly, while work on the S end concentrates on GeoPiers, footings and filling in completed trenched areas. A new on-site steel corrugated pipe manufacturing plant set up nearby & this is something we have not seen here since 2021! This makes the huge pipes to manage rainwater runoff & prevent flooding.

19 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … While production is moving along well with all vehicles represented int he outbound lot today, we see a lot more construction underway all over the site! The Optimus factory grows visibly larger daily and much of the roof and floor decking is installed on the existing steel structure, while rebar is being assembled ahead of concrete pours for the floors. The Adv Chip Fab foundation is getting heavily reinforced footings and slab sections, while an oddly shaped excavation is underway on the S end. On the E side of the main factory, continues demolition work on the old glass secondary entrance.

17 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Many interesting changes today including a complete revision of the E secondary glass entrance to the main factory along with a large section of wall panels removed. The Optimus factory continues to grow & may have some floors poured with concrete. The E Advanced Chip fab foundation has many footings, with some poured with concrete & the perimeter grade beam is starting to take shape. Superchargers are being installed at the Test Track Operations Center to support a growing number of Cybercabs undergoing track & other testing. Lots more to see today!

14 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … Early morning sunrise & activity on the track along with many vehicles in the outbound lot including more Cybercabs. Construction progress in multiple area. The N Campus site shows the steel structure growing & crews beginning to install rebar on some of the floors ahead of the start of concrete pumping operations.The E Advanced Chip Fab foundation continues to get GeoPier work & for the first time, footing excavations are now underway! The switchyard shows a large auger preparing an excavation for footings that will allow power pole to be installation. Cortex 2 Megapack installation continues, this morning on the E side for the cooling systems, while crews are removing wall material on the N end for a new modification to the design.

10 August 2026 Giga Texas VIDEO … We got an official look from Tesla of the revised rear hatch on the Cybercabs to allow the installation of Starlink V5 dishes. Lots of construction activity already this early Monday morning as usual, but what is new are many Cybertruck parked on the E temp lot which might indicate these are completed but waiting for parts to arrive before they can be shipped out. However, I noticed many more driving themselves over to the W EOL sorting lanes for processing and more in the outbound lot, so I am not sure what all this means yet.
