Book a bass boat and enjoy this beautiful fall weather on Bull Shoals Lake!
π£ Bull Shoals Lake Fishing Report β October 21, 2026
Lake Conditions: Water temperatures are around 71Β°F, with lake levels near 653 feet, approximately 6 feet below normal pool. Fall fishing patterns are starting to develop as the lake turns over.
π Bass: Fishing remains challenging but is improving. Bass are moving with schools of shad into creeks and shallow areas. Try topwater baits along windblown banks, jigs and worms around shallow brush, and drop shots or football jigs on deeper points. Keep moving and fish according to the conditions!
π Walleye: Fishing has been fair to good. Walleye are roaming in smaller schools, holding mostly in 35β45 feet of water near main lake points and drop-offs. Jigging spoons, drop shots with live crawlers, and trolling Flicker Shads or Flicker Minnows are producing fish. Slow presentations have been most effective.
π Crappie: Fishing has been productive around main lake timber and brush piles in 25β30 feet of water. Live bait has been the best option, although success varies day to day.
