The 034Motorsport team will be making the trip to historic downtown Pottstown, PA, for L’oe Show, an annual celebration of Volkswagen, Audi, and Porsche culture featuring incredible builds, vendors, and enthusiasts from across the country.

In just a few years the guys behind L’oe Show have not only created an incredible car show, but they’ve built it into THE DESTINATION event for the entire VAG community.

We’re crossing the country to join in on the excitement, complete with cars, couches, refreshments, and free swag.

Location: High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania
When: September 6th, 2026
Show Hours: 10 AM - 8 PM
Spectator Entry: Free

WELL,........that was short lived.

Alex got an offer to go follow in my footsteps, and work in aviation and I wholeheartedly support that. So starting monday the 14th of September we will be in need of a tech to fill his spot. Please do not apply if you are not familiar with the work, or do not have dealer or independent shop experience...We are just way too busy for holding hands and wiping noses. Must have mechanical experience. Wild to have to say this... understand the work that you will be doing.

ONCE AGAIN WE ARE SEEKING FOR IMMEDIATE EMPLOYMENT:

Seeking A or B level Service Technician with European Emphasis.
Experienced / Certified AUTO TECH (with Euro vehicles preferred)
Technician must supply their OWN tools (can help out with SOME loaners) WE SUPPLY ALL SPECIALTY EURO TOOLS.

We offer:
Flat Rate Pay up to $55/hr ***BASED ON EXPERIENCE*** WILL BE EXPECTED TO PROVE IT!
90 day probation period.
Direct Deposit. WEEKLY PAY!! Not bi-weekly.
PARTS AT COST.
Shop use for Personal car when available, after hours.
Independent owned shop with a strong reputation built on 14+ years of local business with local customers.

No corporate politics/ Dealer favorites here.

We offer a 20 hr weekly minimum guarantee.

Relaxed work environment with a focus on Work Life balance.

Clean, well lit shop, non- smoking, no mess, no dungeon work.

Monday-Thursday 8am-6pm Shop hours CLOSED FRIDAY - SUNDAY
(Friday's -are offered ONLY, IF behind schedule, OR you wish to work over)

Christmas / Holiday BONUSES.

40 hrs sick time, + 1 week paid VACATION after 1 yr. -3 WEEKS PAID VACATION at 3 YRS

BONUS PAID FOR NO COMEBACKS & COMMISION ON SALES AFTER 1 YR.

Technician Candidates must have the following:

Have own base of Tools/Tool box-
WE provide all "specialty European" tools.
Automotive Repair: 2+ years (Required)
Driver's License (Required)
Must be able to work independently (only need reasonable assistance on jobs)
Positive team attitude with other technicians and service advisor

SOLID knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic components of European vehicles including Porsche, BMW, VW, Audi, Mercedes, Smart, Volvo, and Land Rover.

Positive attitude and customer focus

SHOP IS CLOSED ALL MAJOR HOLIDAYS, AND SOME DAYS WHERE VW SHOW SCHEDULES INTERFERE WITH SHOP WORKING DAYS.

MUST BE DRUG FREE & READY TO WORK.

WE ARE ONLY HERE 4 DAYS A WEEK, I EXPECT YOU TO MAKE IT TO WORK EVERY DAY, AND SCHEDULE PERSONAL APPOINTMENTS ON NON-SHOP DAYS IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
