Let's talk about customer relations. I have always cherished my customers and friends I've made along the way in this journey of being a business owner. One person that stands out to me is Chuck. He and his wife moved down here after retirement, and she wanted to get his truck detailed for his birthday. The first time I met Chuck was August 11th 2022. He brought his 2005 Toyota Tundra to me for the detail. Little did he know what he was about to get. I gave his truck the works. Detail, trim restoration, fixed his headlights and coated them in ceramic coating, and an engine bay detail. When Chuck showed back up to pick his truck up he was in awe. He could not believe how amazing the truck looked.
Yesterday Chuck called me. His truck wouldn't start and the remote starter in the truck was doing all kinds of weird things. Big problem... His truck is blocking the driveway and if something had happened with his wife he wouldn't be able to get her to help. I drove out to Crawford and began looking his truck over. I was certain he had a bad battery. After jump starting the truck Chuck moved the truck out of the way and was satisfied for the night. Of course Chuck tried to pay me but I wouldn't let him. I didn't do anything other than jump his truck. He called me this morning and again, the truck wouldn't do anything. I did not install the remote starter in his truck nor am I a mechanic. But I love my customers. I told Chuck I'd grab a battery from the parts store bring it out and put it in, drive his truck to my house and look it over for him to make sure that was actually the problem.
This is more than just business to me. This is life. I will always help anyone that I can in anyway.
