If you are a shop here in town and a customer brings you their vehicle, the first thing on your mind should be safety!!! Im not going to throw a name out there, but you need to reevaluate your management and coach your "technitions" You replaced the cv axle on a customers car. They brought it back immediately with a bad clunk and you told them the carrier bearing was bad. They put a new one on. You noticed when the vehicle was in your shop right after the cv axle replacement you did that that same cv axle boot was torn and slung the grease everywhere! That should have been immediate warranty on parts and labor! Not only that, you put the wrong damn cv axle in it which is what was causing the god awful clunk!! When turning sharp it was pulling the cv axle almost completely apart causing it to skip! Safety of the customer is Always #1. Safety of the customers investment is #2. Those 2 alone will always protect you!! HOLD YOURSELF TO A HIGHER STANDARD!
