Had an awesome time at SVR last weekend and was really proud of how the truck did across the board. Was an absolutely stacked event full of great cars and more importantly great people.

Results:

Top 48 Money Round - 12th
MASQ, Modified Class - 1st of 13
IASCA, Pro 1 Class - 2nd of 9
EMMA, M Limited Class - 3rd of 6
MECA, Mod Street - 3rd of 8

Installer of the Year -
Out of all the awards - this one I am the most proud of - it's a community choice award from staff, judges and a few others and it was completely unexpected. It feels truly humbling to have some of my hard work and progression in install being recognized in and out of the event. I won't forget this award anytime soon.

RWSW had an excellent showing down at HVR 2025 in NY this past weekend! Both my personal truck and the Golf R secured 1st place in both the pro and amateur classes of the pro/am shootout and placing 1st and 3rd in the Best of Show overall averages against a strong field of cars.

This was incredibly satisfying as a system designer and installer to watch my skills turn into results for me and my clients. The Golf R was never intended to be a competition car (and still isn't) but when the fundamentals of building good SQ cars are applied, it's funny how it can correlate to strong comp results.

Shout out to WaveForm Tuning for tuning both of these cars and being a fundamental partner to my business. Audio in Reach for his excellent work on the Golf R pillars. ResoNix Sound Solutions for making these cars dead silent with their products and supplying lots of the audio hardware used in both cars. And lastly, Pssound for being a massive resource for learning fabrication methods and location/application skills.

Hopefully looking to bring the truck down to SVR in a few weeks to really put the new set up to the test against the strongest line up of cars in the nation.

Excited to keep making progress on the new Jeep build as it is certainly going to make a great comp car as well. More to come!

Another system diagram going out today for an awesome build by Alex Cen. Tried some unique colorways to tie in the lime rush exterior TRD yellows/oranges. Also, we tried out further detail on the wiring which I think I will carry forward on future work. I also made an 11x17 laminated poster version to use in the back windows for an easier/quick solution.
