Heads up, Maine Ford owners! Ford Motor Company has deployed a technician team to canvas the state over the next few weeks to help complete outstanding Takata airbag recalls. This team is working directly with Darling’s Bangor Ford.

If you're contacted or visited as part of this effort, it is a legitimate Ford program. If you have any questions or want to confirm the visit is authorized, feel free to reach out to us!

Affected vehicle owners may have received communications referencing recall 15S21, 18S02, 19S01, 17S42, or 21S12, affecting the following Ford, Lincoln, and Mercury models:
• 2005–2006 GT
• 2005–2014 Mustang
• 2004–2011 Ranger
• 2006–2012 Fusion, MKZ, Zephyr
• 2006–2011 Milan
• 2007–2010 Edge, MKX
