We were set up and repairing vehicles from the storm a couple weeks ago. And this storm devastated a lot of property and personal belongings due to a small tornado. Although it wasn’t big it still left debris in its path. Although we count on Mother Nature in our occupation. We sincerely hope nobody gets Injured/set back from this, and return back to normal as fast as possible.

We offer deductible assistance with your free estimate. Please read the 10 detailed steps below to start your claim process and we can get you back on the road with profound efficiency.
1. CLAIM:
Make your claim through your insurance agency. Stating only 1 hail storm. Not 2 or 3. This avoids multiple deductibles added in a single claim. They will provide you a claim number to get the ball rolling.
They will also inform you to choose the repair shop of your choice. For fast repairs and cash back opportunities.

2.ESTIMATE:
All insurance companies are different and doing either a virtual estimate process. Or they are coming around and sending out adjusters. Find out and call us so we can set up a time that best suits your schedule.
3. REPAIRS:
Tell them your repair shop is MVP Dent Repair and located at
611 N.4th St. Lamesa TX 79331.
This provides a center to estimate with your adjuster to get the accurate quote. And speeds up the process expediently.
4. SUPPLEMENTS:
Supplements are a secondary check that is issued after your adjuster comes out and assessed the damage at your home or place of employment. Telling your adjuster MVP is doing the work. And give the address will avoid a supplement. If you make your claim ahead of time without our assistance? NO PROBLEM! MVP will go around with our professional lights that give accurate readings that adjuster do NOT use. When the supplement check is approved and sent in the mail. We can put you on our schedule for repairs immediately.
5. DEDUCTIBLE :
Your deductible is included in the entire amount of damage. Your insurance company will inform you that you are responsible for your deductible.
For example- you have $5,000 worth of damage and your deductible is $500.
Your insurance check will be $4,500 and when you pay the repair center. It brings the amount (together) back to $5,000 worth of damage.
We know it’s been difficult times. And we will assist with your deductible. Deductibles $1,000 or higher are a little tricky. But we will do everything possible to help get you repaired and back on the road.
6. Premiums: your insurance policy under full coverage. Is going to be classified as a “Comprehensive claim” this is an act of Mother Nature and not anyone can be at fault. Therefore your premium remains the same. It WILL NOT go up. 👍🏻
7.RENTALS:
Your insurance policy will include rental on it. Most include it with your comprehensive policy. If not we can help you get in to one. All policies require you to pay an overage of about $8 per day. We will cover that also. They also require your drivers license and a $200 hold on your debit or credit card. This money is only held and put back when the vehicle is returned without damages.
8.TURNAROUND:
Due to the significant damage of this storm. The time for repairs will very.
9. PARTS:
Your vehicle will most likely have parts that are damaged as well.
We have these parts ordered and delivered right to our shop. And installed professionally just as your local body shops or dealerships will provide. In most cases MVP are the ones in your local dealerships doing the repairs and installing parts. If not it will be a team of the same if not less experience as MVP DENT REPAIR. So visit our retail shop at 611 N. 4th St. Sometimes parts are on back order and a couple weeks out. That’s okay! We will get you back in your vehicle and when your parts arrive. We will make another appointment for you on “parts installation day”. (most cases only 30 minutes)

10. GUARANTEED WARRANTY:
Hail dents come out more easily than say a creased door ding. Hail dents are usually more round and less difficult. There’s just a thousand more of them. No dents ever reappear after we professionally remove them. For the lifetime of your vehicle. Only if you had encountered another hail storm. Will you see hail dents again.
