This tournament takes months of planning and organizing, and seeing 148 employees, sponsors, family, and friends all come together makes every bit of that effort worthwhile.

Our Quick Lane team took part in another hands-on training competition, this time focused on TPMS sensor diagnosis and service. It was a fun, fast-paced challenge that gave our technicians the opportunity to build confidence, sharpen their skills, and learn from one another. Congratulations to Jacob Moir whose quick thinking and skills earned him the win!

At Sill-TerHar Motors, we believe the best technicians are built. That's why our shop is always learning, always improving, and sometimes... always competing.

Recently, our Ford Service team held a friendly "Who Can Diagnose It First?" competition. Our Technician Trainer, Todd Doty, and Master Technician, Chuck Loscalzo, each led a team of technicians through a real-world electrical issue that we've seen come through the shop more than once. It was hands-on, competitive, and a lot of fun—but more importantly, everyone learned something.

That's what makes Sill-TerHar different. We invest in our technicians with manufacturer training, in-house classes, mentorship, and a clear path from Quick Lane l**e tech to Master Technician.
