There’s something special about showing up for the community that has always shown up for us! 🚙

Sill-TerHar Motors was proud to participate in this year’s Broomfield Days Parade and celebrate alongside our neighbors, families, friends, and local businesses who make this community such an incredible place to call home.

We always love seeing so many smiling faces along the parade route and being part of a tradition that brings our community together.

Thank you, Broomfield, for supporting us and letting us be part of your community - we never take that for granted and we’re proud to support you right back!

As part of the Ford Global Food Drive, Sill-TerHar Motors donated an incredible 1,348 pounds of food and personal care items to Broomfield FISH, our local food bank.

It’s easy to look at 1,348 pounds as just a number, but every pound represents food that will help a person or family right here in our community. That is something special!

Fords at Folsom Field! 🦬🏈 Bringing two iconic names together

Ford Motor Company’s partnership with the Univeristy of Colorado is on full display this season, Ford trucks and Broncos are taking their place in front of the new FORD TOUCHDOWN CLUB in Folsom Field.

Getting these vehicles into position was no ordinary delivery—they were craned high above the stadium and carefully placed where thousands of Buffs fans will see them on game day.

At Sill-TerHar Volvo, developing great technicians means giving them opportunities to learn, compete, and grow together.

Our service team recently battled with a hands-on training competition focused on TPMS sensor diagnosis and service. The friendly competition brought plenty of energy to the shop while giving our technicians a chance to strengthen their knowledge, practice real-world skills, and learn from each other.

This kind of training reflects something bigger at Team Volvo: a commitment to helping our people build lasting careers. Thanks to the support of the TerHar family and Greg Larson, continued development isn't simply encouraged—it's built into how we operate.

From ongoing hands-on training and our tech tool program to a workplace centered around character, competency, and chemistry, we're committed to giving technicians the resources and support they need to keep moving forward. Because when our technicians grow—our customers feel the difference.

We're proud to be building skilled technicians, strong teammates, and the next generation of leaders right here at Team Volvo.

Interested in growing your career with a dealership that invests in its people? We'd love to hear from you.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make our annual golf tournament such a great day! ⛳️

This tournament takes months of planning and organizing, and seeing 148 employees, sponsors, family, and friends all come together makes every bit of that effort worthwhile.

To our sponsors — thank you for your continued support and generosity. Your partnership plays a huge role in making this event possible, and we truly appreciate you.

To our STH employees — thank you for giving up a precious Sunday, bring your families and friends, and enjoy some time together outside of work. Events like this are about more than golf—they’re about building camaraderie, strengthening relationships, sharing some laughs, and enjoying the people who make our organization what it is.

And to everyone who helped plan, organize, volunteer, and keep things running throughout the day—thank you!

We’re grateful for another successful tournament, great weather, plenty of laughs, and most importantly, a day spent with an incredible group of people.

Thank you for making it such a memorable day. We’re already looking forward to next year! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️🏌️‍♀️
