Well, it is hard to believe it has been six months since hurricane Milton flooded my shop and property. I finally have my shop back up and running. The only two items left to complete are, installing a new air conditioner system and reconnecting my CNC plasma table. I moved the table to a new location in the shop, so it needs air, water, and power run to the new location. I am still working on the property and the house, they will take a while to complete, so no traveling for me this summer.

This little girl just showed up at my dear feeder a few minutes ago. I had to move the feeder about 10’ to the other side of the tree three days ago and this is the first dear that has come back since then. It nice to see them roaming around again.

New piece of equipment showed up at the shop today! It is always fun getting new stuff to play with. This is a STV CNC Spar X Pro 5 CNC plasma cutting table. Now I just have to hook it up and figure out how to run it.😎 fun, fun, fun. It should make our metal fabrication go a lot quicker.

Is it still a barn find, if you find it in your own barn?

I pulled this gem out of the corner of my barn today. It has been sitting in the same spot since 2011. They are opening a 1/8 mile drag strip at a place called Lead Foot City in Brooksville Florida, about 10 miles from my shop. It is supposed to open in about 3 months. I am thinking this would be a great car to take racing. It is already set up with a 1973 Camaro front end and rear end with 4:11 gear. It has a 400 BB Chrysler motor w/a 727 trans, and line locks. It should just need tires, gas tank cleaned, and a carb rebuild to run and drive. I am definitely going to have to put this on the short list of my projects.
