Experienced Towing Flatbed/Rollback Operator
Laso Wrecker Service is seeking experienced Towing Flatbed/Rollback Operator to join our team. The ideal person will live in the Brooksville area, due to SO & FHP rotation calls.

Essential Functions
• Operate a flatbed tow truck to transport and deliver vehicles safely and efficiently
• Load and unload vehicles using appropriate equipment such as winches
• Maintain accurate documentation of all towing activities on Tow book app.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly and professionally with clients during roadside assistance or vehicle pickup
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies during operations
• Manage conflict situations calmly and effectively when dealing with distressed customers or challenging scenarios
• Conduct routine inspections of towing equipment
• Communicate with dispatching
Commission Pay:
• 25% Commission- Our drivers on average earn $700 - $1000+ a week.
• For the right person, 700.00 minimum guarantee with experience.
• This pay structure should not be misconstrued as a salary-paid position.

Must
• 3 YEARS Experience Needed, due to our insurance policy
• Verifiable Experience Required
• Valid License with a clean driving history
• Brooksville Area
• Passing a pre-employment drug test and background check
