Those that have zero idea of what a Good Used Car business is all about may assume we do as LITTLE as possible to get a vehicle ready for sale. How wrong that assumption is...but no matter.
Here a rear main leak and more
was ALREADY dealt with by prior owner..but ONLY partially at best. Between a huge amount of silicone at Main, PLUS pan gasket leak we felt the low mile vehicle deserved a righteous correct repair.
YEP you need to DROP entire motor assembly to get it done right. Manufacturers do not make it an easy repair timewise and obviously former owner and shop did not care to do it right.
NO MATTER...we already knew the ONE OWNER otherwise well cared for car deserved it. So now the job is 1/2 way done and another half day mechanics time it will be ready for final drive out and detail.
ONE vehicle at a time...ONE customer at a time. Let's us keep a good staff humming along feeling good about their work. Plus a customer perhaps appreciates the efforts but will never be aware of such details of what goes into making a vehicle ready for them.
JUST part of what a good USED CAR operation does every day. NO brag..Just part of the regular grind. Doing best at what we know how to do and fortunate enough to be able to do it every day. SALUTE to our employees that have stayed at it for MANY years!
