Everyone loves a sunroof.
Nobody maintains it.
And this 2020 Mercedes CLS450 paid the price.

Car got towed to us. No start.

A maintenance light isn't just a reminder.
This customer came in for a routine oil service. The filter was falling apart inside. Broken parts, so it wasn't locking in place.
The oil was slipping around it and never getting cleaned. That's how you get a sludged engine.
An oil change is only as good as the person doing it. Ask what they inspect, not just what they drain.
