We are a 24hr local towing company that provides full-service light and heavy-duty towing, recovery, Citywide Service Corp.

is a full-service towing and recovery provider that is driven by customer service. We have three locations and are a Preferred Service Provider for AAA Minneapolis and provide service to 11 law enforcement agencies, in addition to all our other valued customers. We take great pride in being one of the few towing companies in the Twin Cities Metro area that values integrity more than money. We are

a second generation towing and automotive service company that has survived the test of time. It was founded in 1975 by Frank and Harriet Letourneau on the principals of hard work and always performing to the best of their ability for their customers. In 2000, Brett (Frank and Harriet’s son) and Anne Letourneau purchased Citywide. As the times have changed, so has the business. It has grown by more than five times since then and the sky is the limit as we look into the future. As Citywide has grown and changed in many ways, the core principals of hard work and always performing to the best of our ability for our customers have remained constant. Since 1975, Citywide has never closed. No matter what the weather has been, what holiday it is, or what staff challenges we have faced, we have remained open 24 hours per day. We believe that to attract new customers and retain our existing customers, we need to be 100% reliable. We pride ourselves on the fact that the word “can’t” isn’t in our vocabulary.
