We just wrapped up the exterior wash of this stunning 1973 Corvette Stingray, and wow—what a sight to behold! The radiant red paint is begging for a full paint correction, which is up next on our list. We also took care of the engine bay, uncovering the bright orange engine block and admiring the working induction hood—truly a masterpiece of its time.

There’s still work to be done, including wheel and tire removal, an underside wash, interior detail, paint correction, and ceramic coating. This beauty deserves nothing less than perfection.

While working on this classic, I couldn’t help but admire the giant A/C compressor. It’s a reminder of a time when cars weren’t just machines—they were art, craftsmanship, and nostalgia wrapped in steel.

We came across this 1973 Corvette Stingray thanks to a friend who’s a pro with classic cars. This beauty had been sitting in a barn since 2003, untouched until it was uncovered in 2025. We’re beyond honored to be chosen to restore such an iconic piece of automotive history.

The 1973 Corvette Stingray is a legend—blending classic chrome bumpers with modern upgrades like improved soundproofing for a smoother ride. It’s the perfect mix of vintage style and iconic performance.

That being said, get ready to join us as we kick off the restoration of this incredible 1973 Corvette Stingray. Stay tuned for Part 1 of 2 as we bring this classic back to life over the next few posts!

2025 Tesla CyberTruck - Full Deluxe Detail
This vehicle was extremely satisfying to detail. First off, this is a vehicle that requires a little bit of knowledge to properly make it look good. When it arrived we had a few rust spots, yes, you read right. It doesn’t have paint or clear coat. If you live in a city where it snows, you’ll notice the spots after the roads have been salted. The way to deal with this is to just iron remover to take off all the industrial road grime. This step must be done with the vehicle already wet. Secondly, you’ll need Bar Keepers Friend. Apply it on a applicator pad. Mix with water or buy the premixed stuff. Apply in circular motion, finally, apply windex and wipe off. This will solve all and any water spot problems on this type of surface. Redo if necessary. What I just described is the nightmare whether you’re the owner or the detailer.

This vehicle took us over 10 hours and it came out amazing! It has truly been a fun experience. From the drive to the look. It crab walks… this detail is literally an experience that will test your skill if you’re not properly equipped.
